The Brunch buffet, The food was good, service was 5 star Michelin, excellent atmosphere.
Huge variety of food.
desserts were 5 star, meats were 3-4 star, sides were good.
Service & atmosphere justify the price... the food does not.
We got a better chicken meal the night before for a fraction of the cost.
Excellent breakfast. We did the sit down & ordered waffles, eggs benedict & oatmeal. The oatmeal was beautiful! The buffet looked perfect for families with hungry kids. The food was incredible. Service was amazing. Only reason why I gave it a 4.5 is because I don't think there is a patio.

Excellent breakfast in an iconic location with a great atmosphere. You can enjoy as much food as you'd like, along with drip coffee, orange juice, & more. Their omelette was delicious. The bakery section was quite large, though we honestly didn't try much from it because the breakfast options were already more than enough & very filling.
The price is around 45 CAD per person (plus tax & tip, of course), but it's worth it, especially considering that most places charge little less amount without offering an open buffet option. Definitely worth to try once.
We weren't staying at the hotel but we were still able to have breakfast here one day. The food was great. There was a wide array of food available & it was all very good. The apple juice was also really tasty. It was more like apple cider & we really enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming & spoke English which was really helpful for us. The only reason I gave it four stars & not five is because it cost $50 per person for a breakfast buffet. It was a good breakfast but that price is a bit high.
This place is amazingly beautiful & elegant. The staff was super friendly & very helpful. The food was just okay. The buffet food wasn't great but you get a lot of it! The omelet station didn't do a great job of cooking the vegetables before the egg was added resulting in semi cold vegetables surrounded by barely cooked eggs. Still this is a must see location even if you dont eat here.
Great option for a nice buffet breakfast inside the iconic Chateau Frontenac with beautiful views of the Dufferin Terrace! Service was great, buffet was plentiful with many options. It was a wonderful way to start our day of exploring Québec City!
I made a reservation for a breakfast buffet at the Place Dufferin. When I arrived at the cafe, I waited for 5 minutes for my table. As I being seated, the server greeted me with my name . What a personalized service. The Buffett is a little bit pricey. I asked for the window table overlooking the promenade. What a nice morning to start in Quebec.
