Amazing Persian Culinary Experience! I recently dined at Shiraz restaurant & it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with a beautiful touch of Persian decor that immediately set the mood for an authentic meal. The staff was friendly & happy to provide recommendations, which made us feel very welcome. The food was the true highlight, bursting with flavor & presented beautifully. We started with an assortment of appetizers, kashk-e bademjan (a delicious eggplant dip) that melted in the mouth. For our main course, we Dizzi a traditional Iranian meal that was phenomenal. The meat was perfectly seasoned & tender, & the stew was rich & incredibly satisfying. The portions were generous, making it great value for the quality & taste. If you're looking to explore Persian cuisine or simply want a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend Shiraz restaurant . We'll definitely be back!
This is a great place that transport you to ancient persia where love & care are pit into every dish. Fresh ingredients succulent grilled marinated meat or slow cooked stews are to die for. The food is presented very nicely & flavors are well balanced. If you never tried Dizi, it is highly recommended. This is meat & potato cooked in a stone container with all the savory condiments on the side. You start with pouring the hot soup into a bowl & enjoy with pieces of bread, like a cereal. Then smash the meat, legumes,, & potato into a delicious mixture. Enjoy!
I had an incredible dining experience at Perian Restaurant in Quebec City. The food was absolutely perfect, with the juicy koobideh standing out as the star of the meal. The flavors were rich & authentic, making every bite a delight. The atmosphere & service only added to the great experience. We were glad to find this restaurant on our way back to our hotel from the Plains of Abraham. The restaurant had just opened for lunch when we arrived, so there was no difficulty in finding seats. The staff were friendly, & the food was delicious with generous portions. We had ordered the chicken kebab with rice & the salmon with rice. The dishes were flavorful & very satisfying. The only con is the long wait period for the food to arrive at the table after placing the order. I am talking about more than 45 minutes. From the other reviews, the wait seems to be the norm here. So, it's not an ideal choice when you are famished.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, & I'm so happy to see that they have preserved the tradition, atmosphere, & authentic Iranian flavors in this city. It was a nice experience, & I recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Persian cuisine.
I had never had Persian food before, & this was a delightful introduction. Everything was busting with subtle & complex flavors. The server was friendly & knowledgeable, & helped us pick out some good options. They had vegetarian options for my husband, & the lamb I had was tender & flavorful. If you can, save room for dessert! Get a cup of Persian tea (it comes with saffron rock candy) & the rice flour dessert....so decadent!

My family & I came here after a long day touring some parks. The owner was very welcoming, & directed us to a table. Our waitress was also very kind. Come the food & it was exquisite. The food's presentation was really beautiful, deceptively neat - having so much more than it looks - & the flavors were rich. The atmosphere was really nice, & even though I forgot my glasses in my car, I could definitely see why the place is recommended by lots of people. One can go on & on, but I can certainly say that if I'm coming back to Quebec city I'm gonna eat here again.
