Friday night, we went again to our beloved, beautiful, & warm Restaurant Shiraz with everyone in the family & our dear friend from Washington. As expected, the food, ambiance, & welcome were great. We enjoyed the warmth, politeness, & wonderful smile of our lovely hostess & marvelous entree, main course, & finished our supper with delicious Akbar mashdi ice cream full of cream & safran! which was exactly the way I remembered from my childhood in Tehran. Thanks to our kind Iranian owner & his family for their wonderful & hard work to give us a part of our Iranian culture & warmth back at our new home, Quebec City.
I really appreciate their heartwarming work, & I strongly invite & wish our small Iranian community who live in Quebec to be kind & appreciative enough to feel obligated to support their own compatriot & enjoy their food at wonderful Shiraz Restaurant.

I strongly recommend this charming Persian restaurant run by a lovely couple from Shiraz, Iran. The flavors are exceptional, making it a perfect spot to experience a taste of Iran. For your first visit, I suggest trying the Koobideh kebab, Fesenjoon stew, beef Persian pizza, Joojeh kebab, & Zereshk Polo. Having tried various international cuisines, I can confidently say that Iranian cuisine stands out by far. Persian food is something you could enjoy every day!

The staff, although friendly & attentive, could benefit from having a uniform. This would not only enhance the overall dining experience but also make it easier for customers to identify their servers. Despite this minor point, everything else about my visit was flawless. The warm welcome, frequent check-ins from the staff, & efficient service added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The pricing was also very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of food & service provided. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this Iranian restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic culinary experience. Amazing Persian Culinary Experience! I recently dined at Shiraz restaurant & it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with a beautiful touch of Persian decor that immediately set the mood for an authentic meal. The staff was friendly & happy to provide recommendations, which made us feel very welcome. The food was the true highlight, bursting with flavor & presented beautifully. We started with an assortment of appetizers, kashk-e bademjan (a delicious eggplant dip) that melted in the mouth. For our main course, we Dizzi a traditional Iranian meal that was phenomenal. The meat was perfectly seasoned & tender, & the stew was rich & incredibly satisfying. The portions were generous, making it great value for the quality & taste. If you're looking to explore Persian cuisine or simply want a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend Shiraz restaurant . We'll definitely be back!
We purchased three different dishes. While two of them were fairly acceptable, the kubide kebab unfortunately left much to be desired. Regarding the cost in comparison to other Iranian restaurants, the expenses here are significantly higher.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, & I'm so happy to see that they have preserved the tradition, atmosphere, & authentic Iranian flavors in this city. It was a nice experience, & I recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Persian cuisine.
