KASEH kebab exceeded expectations! Each kebab brought unique flavor, & grilled tomatoes were a nice addition. Saffron rice was fluffy, & portion was generous. Presentation was great, & flavors were well-balanced. Highly recommend trying it.

Une soirée vraiment marquante au Restaurant Shiraz à Québec.
Dès l'arrivée, on ressent une ambiance chaleureuse, vivante & pleine de caractère - un lieu avec une vraie identité.
La cuisine est excellente, & le choix de viandes est impressionnant : poulet, agneau, veau, boeuf - chacun trouvera son plaisir. La qualité est au rendez-vous : viande savoureuse, parfaitement cuite & généreusement servie. & point important - aucun porc au menu, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le service est attentif, professionnel & sincèrement accueillant.
Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

I had heard about this restaurant from a friend, & it truly is something you have to experience. It's a Persian restaurant where the flavors are authentically Iranian, combined with an international-style presentation.

The staff are very hardworking, & the service is fast & flawless.

However, I wish there was a better dress code for the staff, & the wine glasses & cutlery could be improved. Still, these small details don't take away from the overall great experience we had. By the way, Our waiter Farshad was very friendly.

Highly recommended.

J'ai eu une très belle expérience dans ce restaurant. La nourriture était vraiment délicieuse, fraîche & de grande qualité. J'ai commandé un kebab koobideh & une soupe ash, & les deux étaient excellents. Le koobideh était très savoureux & bien préparé, & l'ash était riche en goût & parfaitement cuisinée. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié que la nourriture soit halal, ce qui est un grand avantage. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & le personnel est très accueillant & attentionné. Je reviendrai certainement & je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui aiment la cuisine iranienne.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. I tried the kebab & the Mahicheh (lamb) last december, as well as some delicious appetizers. The staff are also very nice. I highly recommend it

A family dinner at this restaurant. The service was great & the food delicious. The portions were very generous. An ideal place for someone who has lactose, gluten & beef. Highly recommend.

Best kebab in town! Spices were on point, & smashed walnut added crunch. Pomegranate sauce was tangy & delicious. Saffron rice complemented the veal perfectly. Highly recommend trying kebab TORSH! Will impress foodies & casual diners alike.

On a découvert ce beau restaurant perse à la ville de Québec & je le recommande vivement.
On a pris 2 assiettes Shiraz spécial qui était assez bien pour 4 personnes , la viande sur grillades était trop bonne (surtout la viande hachée) accompagné avec de la salade & une grande assiette de riz au safran .
Le personnel était bien accueillant & gentil!
& n'oublie pas de finir ton repas avec une bonne chaude tasse de thé à base de safran!
