Amazing food. Very intimate environment . Their breakfast & dinner options are amazing . For dinner must try the pork chops & glazed duck . It's absolutely divine . The breakfast options are very filling & made with absolutely fresh ingredients. Loved eating here 😀

Excellente ambiance. La nourriture est bonne. Le service fut correct. Le serveur n'est pas passé souvent, même, pas assez. Difficile d'avoir une seconde consommation, ou encore faire remplacer la poivrière vide sur la table par exemple.

The best restaurant I experienced while visiting Old Quebec City. The service, atmosphere & food were all top notch. If I ever come back this will definitely be a restaurant I come back to. Well done Bistro 1640 keep doing what you're doing! Amazing.

Sehr leckeres tartare! Die Portionen sind nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm.

Food was amazing! I had braised beef jowl & it was excellent! Definietly best food I've had in Quebec & in a long time. dessert- creme brulee & chocolate fondant is to die for. Highly recommend! Great location too.
Will be my go to spot when in Quebec.
Service is quick & professional.
Dont hesitate to eat here. You will not be disappointed.
