Je ne sais pas si ces critiques 5 étoiles sont fausses ou s'ils se sont trompés de restaurant.

Premièrement, cet endroit est hors de prix pour une nourriture qui a un goût de carton sans saveur.

Deuxièmement, la serveuse est impolie & manque cruellement de service client. Elle a même l'audace d'ajouter automatiquement 15 % de pourboire à l'addition.

Je déconseille fortement cet endroit aux touristes ; il existe de nombreux autres restaurants dans les environs qui offrent une cuisine & un service meilleurs !

Super belle expérience culinaire j ai essayé la joue de boeuf vraiment délicieuse & tendre 😋 & le service était impeccable 👌 je recommande fortement & sans oublier les spritz qui son excellent 🍹

The food was not good at all. It was of very poor quality. Had some of the smoked meat sandwich & it was incredibly fatty. The French fries were not very good. My wife's burger was average at best. Having said all of that, their maple cream brûle was excellent. Overall, very poor value for money.

Fantastic Food! We were in Quebec City for a few days in February & were so impressed the first time we went back again the next day (before our train). The staff are really friendly & attentive. We had the smoked meat sandwich & the classic burger both of which were excellent. Highly recommend!

Zéro étoile si c'était possible 👎
Honnêtement, certaines personnes sont clairement mieux traitées que d'autres dans ce resto. J'avais pourtant réservé, mais on m'a collé à côté de la porte comme si c'était normal.
2 minutes après avoir commandé, on demande gentiment si la pizza contient des noix (mon copain est allergique), & là… la serveuse a changé de visage direct 😒
Elle revient en disant qu'il peut y en avoir un peu, & balance : « Fallait demander avant de commander. » Sérieusement ? Après ça, service glacial du début à la fin. On demande 2 assiettes & jamais vues. Par contre, quand vient le moment du pourboire, miracle : elle se met à sourire 🙃
& pendant ce temps, elle papote & rigole avec d'autres clients, pendant qu'on était complètement ignorés.
0 respect, 0 professionnalisme. & le pire ? La bouffe, la pizza baignait littéralement dans l'eau, & le canard n'avait absolument aucun goût. Même les plats surgelés du supermarché sont meilleurs.
On laisse toujours du pourboire d'habitude, mais là franchement, pas un centime.
Je ne paie pas pour être mal servie & mal nourrie
