What an amazing experience! The chefs are the waiters & waiters are the chefs with kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant; Every dish was exactingly constructed before our eyes! Then the waiter/chefs brought the dishes to the table & explained in detail the food & the local sources. Some things I have never tasted before including the amazing dessert made with Haskap Berries! I don't know if any other restaurant will ever live up to this experience!

Super resto! Plats exécutés à la perfection, belle mise en valeur des produits locaux! Mention spéciale au turbo qui fond sur la langue & sa sauce au mélilot. Super accord vin & belle carte. Belle ambiance & vu plongeante sur la cuisine. Merci au chef au chef Julien & son équipe :)

Simply incredible. While the food was some of the best we've ever had, & the execution was flawless, I have to give praise to the outstanding service. We loved how casual our servers were, who changed throughout the night & were also the chef's, busboys, runners, dish, etc. The Team environment is worth raving about.

Expérience gastronomique mémorable!Dorénavant sur ma courte liste des meilleurs restaurants à Québec.Cuisine créative,locale & audacieuse où chef & cuisiniers deviennent tour à tour serveurs,plongeurs ou nous reçoivent tout sourire à l'accueil.Service sympathique & décontracté.La cuisine ouverte s'anime au coeur même de la salle à manger dans une bonne humeur contagieuse ce qui permet des échanges conviviaux avec cette bande de joyeux chefs talentueux.Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Wonderful dining experience for our first visit at Arvi & the fixed price dinner. I only wish the chef had visited our table because I think that's so important at a restaurant of this caliber. Each course was plated tastefully & each morsel a burst of flavor. I had the vegetarian menu while my spouse had the regular menu. Different members of the kitchen served each course giving a unique flair to the dining experience. Very attentive staff that never missed a beat. Highly recommended for a memorable dinner in Quebec.

restaurant intimiste, formule innovatrice où le personnel à tour de rôle nous présente un mets ou un vin & où la cuisine est devant nos yeux. Nous avons choisi l'accord mets & vins. On privilégie l'approche bio dans le choix des fruits, légumes & viande & quelques vins du Québec sont aussi parmi les choix du chef. La présentation des plats est soignée À choisir quand on souhaite une expérience épicurienne différente.
