Nous étions de passage à Québec entre deux destinations & avons choisi ce restaurant parce qu'il était près de notre hôtel. Quelle belle découverte !
Le service était exceptionnel : toute l'équipe était chaleureuse & accueillante, au point qu'on avait l'impression de souper entre amis. Le concept de cuisine ouverte est vraiment génial & la nourriture était tout simplement excellente.
Nous n'avions pas pris l'accord mets & vins, mais notre serveur nous a recommandé deux vins qui accompagnaient presque parfaitement l'ensemble du menu, ce qui nous a vraiment impressionnés.
Mention spéciale à notre serveur, malheureusement je ne connais pas son nom, mais il était probablement le plus jeune de l'équipe. Son service était impeccable du début à la fin.
C'était mon tout premier restaurant étoilé Michelin, & je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique soirée !
Venu à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma fiancée, nous fûmes très supris tant par la qualité des plats, que par la gentillesse de l'équipe. Je recommande vivement!

Formidable, de l'accueil à l'assiette qui met en valeur les produits & aliments du Québec (également avec l'accord vin, que je recommande). À noter qu'il y a également un menu 5 services végétarien qui met l'eau à la bouche. J'adore le concept: chaque membre de l'équipe maîtrise à la fois le travail minutieux d'élaboration des plats (dans la cuisine ouverte, accessible en tout temps à l'oeil) & le service attentif aux tables. On change donc fréquemment d'interlocuteur ou d'interlocutrice, toutes des personnes agréables, & surtout passionnées. Tout se fait sans esbrouffe dans les échanges, avec aisance & calme, on s'adresse au convive presque sur le ton de la confidence. On y retourne!

Absolutely incredible dining experience in Quebec City. The service was amazing from start to finish - the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely welcoming. Everyone was calm, friendly, & more than willing to answer questions or help with anything we needed, which made the entire evening feel relaxed & special.
The food was some of the best I've ever had. Every dish was meticulously crafted & beautifully plated, with an incredible level of care & attention to detail. You can really tell how much thought goes into both the flavors & presentation.
The wine pairing was equally impressive, featuring thoughtfully curated wines that appeared to focus on natural production methods, seemingly avoiding unnecessary additives & chemicals in both the grape growing & winemaking process. Each pairing complemented the dishes perfectly & elevated the experience even further.
This is an absolute must-visit when in Quebec City. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional culinary experience
