This is the kind of concept I wish had been around when I was a young chef starting out in the industry. The passion on display here is unmatched as each team member was a part of our experience. Rather than being treated like outsiders, we were welcomed into the space like old friends. Extra effort & care was made to celebrate our special occasion. Hospitality & warmth like this is hard to find anywhere, & is perhaps unique to this wonderful city which blends old world charm with Quebecois friendliness & modernity. Watching the team interact, it's clear that food & hospitality are a way of life for them, & we are lucky to have such dedicated professionals breathing new life into a stale industry. There is hope for the future of restaurants if they can live up to the ARVI model.

As for the food, we appreciated the blend of classic techniques, local ingredients, innovative ideas, & simple unpretentious presentations. Several dishes were Michelin star quality, & with this kind of reputation, I wouldn't be surprised if reviewers arrived any day now. Come with an open mind, leave with a full belly, & heart.

Amazing. Creative & a truly unique dining experience. Staff were wonderful & passionate about the food & our experience. Come in with an open mind & ride all the rides. Entirely accommodating for one of us who is gluten free as well.

Super soirée passée à l'Arvi. Ça a commencé avec un super accueil dès l'entrée dans le restaurant; on nous a vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus. Le menu demeure une surprise jusqu'au service de chaque plat, puisqu'on ne connait que trois ingrédients. C'est une formule qu'on a adorée! On nous a conseillé de prendre un menu végétarien & un régulier pour goûter a tout, & nous n'avons vraiment pas regretté. Le souci du détail est incroyable, les accords dans chaque plat le sont tout autant. Mon conjoint a pris l'accord mets-vin. Tous les alcools servis étaient uniques & vraiment bien agencés a chaque plat. Vraiment, on recommande!
P.S. le service de pain est un must!

Aller découvrir l'art de personne qui cuisine des plats exceptionnels.Plats par plats vous retrouvez des arômes & des saveurs qui font de chacun de c'est plats quelques choses de savoureux & unique !
Les aliments qui compose chaque plat témoigne d'une fraîcheur & d'un assemblage qui n'a rien de banal , c'est unique !
