Les deux repas, avec protéines animales & aussi végétariennes, sont excellents. Avec l'accord met-vin & les explications du propriétaire & des cuisiniers à notre table, le repas a été une expérience culinaire nettement au dessus de ce que nous avons vécu jusqu'à présent dans d'autres établissements.

Les chefs-orchestres qui préparent, servent & commentent avec beaucoup de passion chaque plat. Création & présentation très moderne.
