Le concept est hallucinant la nourriture excellente raffinée tellement bien pensée nous oblige à sortir de notre zone de confort. L'accord mêts/vins est surprenant & la quantité.... juste ce qu'il faut!!!!
L'équipe est fusionnel , polyvalente & professionnelle & surtout trés sympathique....surtout le chef, un lyonnais qui ne peut pas renier ses origines de fin gastronome😏.
Le raffinement s'allie à la simplicité & tout ceci dosé à point!!!! Bravo à tous....récompense bien mérité
