L'incontournable du Québec, je répète DU Québec. Oui par l'expérience sensorielle vécue notamment par la qualité de la table, le resto lui-même & le service. Marc Sasseville celui qui mange beaucoup plus souvent sur MONTRÉAL.

Highest praise for food quality & preparation.
The staff were attentive & knowledgeable.
The closest thing to eating in France that I have experienced in North America.
Order the 5 course & extras if hungry.
The portions may seem small but we left sated.
Too bad it is 8 hours from home.
