On venait rarement nos voir durant les services pour s'assurer que tout étais OK. Il fallait donc attendre la fin ou le prochain service pour faire une demande.

Très beau menu, avec des produits en circuit-court dès que c'est possible.
Les accords menus/vins très bons, avec des vins qui sortent se l'ordinaire.
J'ai passé une très bonne soirée !

On passe toujours un super moment quand on vous rend visite, on se sent bien dès qu'on entre dans le resto, mais hier, notre expérience a été encore plus parfaite que les précédentes. En quittant, on essayait déjà, comme d'habitude, de trouver une occasion pour revenir. Merci pour la belle soirée, pour la table #1 & pour les shots d'amaro pour souligner la fête de mon chum, quelle belle attention! & comme toujours, tous les plats étaient à la hauteur de votre réputation.

La MAPAQ pourrait questionner certaines pratiques de salubrité alimentaire , notamment faire des drinks & se mettre la même cuillere a la bouche pour des personnes différentes...
