Excellent resto & très bon service. Les saveurs sont présentes dans chacun des plats. Toutefois, la qualité à un coût. Pour une occasion spéciale, ça vaut la peine de se faire plaisir!

staff exceedingly friendly & well versed. Foie gras overly sweet, no liver taste, wouldn't order. Shrimp on chopped cucumber & celery w/ broth, fresh but bland. Asparagus w/ cheese, tasty. Peas w/ foam very good. Bison with celeriac delicious. Rhubarb dessert good, but too astringent. Wine good.

Il y a une si belle offre de restaurants à Québec que je vois ma visite au Arvi comme trop chère pour ce que c'est dans l'assiette au final. Mon expérience de 2019 me semblait de meilleure qualité...des plats plus goûteux.
