Nourriture & service excellent. L'accord avec le vin reste à peaufiner. Le chado de stirm était excellent & gastronomique à la hauteur de la nourriture. Les autres vins était plutôt génériques sans rien apportez à l'excellente nourriture servie.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The food was a delight, the servers/chefs were so friendly & seemed to really care about their work. Absolutely a fine dining experience but without pretension.
