Our dinner at ARVI, on a snowy Friday night in Quebec, was truly world-class. Our table was situated between the two front work stations, where we could watch our dishes being prepared with meticulous precision infused with passion. Starting with the beyond fresh oysters, accompanied by two inventive cocktails reflecting ARVI's commitment to local sustainable ingredients, we spent nearly three hours enjoying dishes that were as incredible to taste as they were to look at. This is a restaurant that reflects the sort of commitment to quality that you see in the finest temples of gastronomy, but you get to enjoy it in an intimate setting, where every chef is also your server & host. We cannot recommend ARVI enough to anybody reading this review. We know that we will be back the next time we are anywhere close to Quebec.

Nous nous attendions à plus de Wow. Il manquait de saveurs dans plusieurs plats.

Le service au début de la soirée était no 1 mais nous avons eu de la misère à obtenir la facture & à payer car l'équipe était très occupée.

On lève notre chapeau à la polyvalence de l'équipe, vraiment super que vous fassiez autant du service que la cuisine... mais pour le prix payé, nous étions un peu déçus.

Excellents plats très bien présentés & expliqués. Service hors pair. Serveurs & serveuses extrêmement sympathiques. Atmosphère très conviviale. De petites portions mais très savoureuses. Le pain maison ainsi que le beurre de truffe noir sont succulents. Servis à volonté. Nous recommandons fortement.
