Absolutely fantastic. The best meal we had during our 4 day stay in Quebec City. The staff was warm, friendly, very informed about the ingredients & all of the drinks & choices. The kitchen is in the restaurant & so you get a view of the entire preparation, coordination & team work of the staff. Don't skip the foie gras! The level of food, plating, technique was fine dining & exceptional & would be 4x the cost in New York City. The ingredients & beverages have a lot of local inspiration & ingredients. We'll be back again. Bravo!!

C'est ma 4e visite à votre restaurant & j'en ressors toujours aussi satisfaite: l'accueil chaleureux, la présentation des plats tout aussi beaux que succulents à déguster sont un plaisir à chaque fois renouvelé. De plus savoir que vous avez identifié comme un restaurant utilisant des produits locaux ajoute à mon plaisir. Mes commentaires sont également ceux formulés aussi par les deux personnes qui m'accompagnaient. Bravo à toute l'équipe.
