This was a wonderful dining experience. The servers/chefs are so nice & welcoming. The food was delicious. Inventive & well-executed. We had 1 of the meat tasting menu & 1 of the vegetable tasting menu so we could try it all. Both were great. We also had a couple drinks that were very tasty, including one left to the discretion of our server/chef/mixologist :)
Malheureusement, ça été une expérience décevante pour nous. Nourriture fade & insipide. Accord mets vin ordinaire. Les plats manquait de générosité, nous avons ajouté les huîtres & le foie gras au menu dégustation & une chance car cela n'aurait pas été suffisant. Par contre le foie gras était exceptionnel. Très bon service, mais ce restaurant, le soir on j'y suis allé, ne reflétait pas les commentaires positif ni le titre de meilleur restaurant au Canada.

Très déçue de mon expérience au Arvi, je voulais y aller depuis longtemps mais grosse déception. Bien que le service était excellent, la nourriture était fade... & aucun wow dans le menu dégustation. Le plat d'aubergine était le plus décevant. Le seul wow que j'ai eu est pour le foie gras que nous avons pris en extra, & qui n'était pas dans le menu dégustation. Peu de choix de cocktails intéressant à la carte également pour l'apéro. Bref, malheureusement je ne recommande pas ce resto qui me semble overrated si je me fie aux critiques que j'ai lu avant d'y aller. Pour le même prix & même moins, j'ai eu d'excellents repas dans d'autres restos à Québec.
Went here for a fun experience & left absolutely glowing. You're greeted so warmly coming in, with every chef working as a server as well creating this really cool harmony within the restaurant. I saw them make everything in front of us & each dish was explained throughly. Highly recommend a wine pairing since their wine choices are super unique. My biggest thing I'll take from this restaurant is how open & warm all the chefs were. Fantastic people & fantastic cuisine, if you're looking for a fun & full sensory experience, I highly recommend!!
Très belle soirée ! La cuisine au milieu des tables, la décoration, le service par tous les membres du staff (tout le monde fait tout!) est assez chouette, ils s'assoient avec nous (quand c'est possible) pour nous expliquer le menu, c'est intimiste & jamais vu ailleurs. La carte est locale & saisonnière, c'est beau & bon. Les accords sont sublimes avec de vraies découvertes. Jouant la carte du local, je me serais juste attendue à faire la part belle aux vignobles québécois pour rester consistant dans la proposition mais la sélection internationale reste très belle. Une vraie expérience !
What a wonderful experience! The food, drinks, service, & care received were all top notch. Arvi exceeded our expectations! Thank you for the wonderful service, incredible food (best halibut we've ever eaten), & lovely evening. PS - Bonus points of the insane amount of local ingredients used. This was really fun for a non-local to learn about what is grown/produced in this region!

Recently dined at Avri, & it was exceptional. The menu was a culinary experience with beautifully presented dishes & standout flavors like never before. Service made you feel like you were at home. Friendliest & kindness team- made the experience even better! I highly recommend Avri for a lovely dining experience!
Excellent service, I appreciated how all the servers were able to accommodate us by presenting each dish & wine pairing in English - the team was kind & passionate about what they do! The experience of watching them create dishes in front of you is great as well with casual music & a trendy/upbeat atmosphere - fine dining without the pretentious or stuffy environment - well done! Food was great! A few dishes we loved, a couple were not quite to our taste - but were well executed & may be to others taste. As a place with a rotating/seasonal menu, I would certainly not hesitate to come back & try more dishes!
