Extremely interesting & fun concept, chef team, & tasting menu. All chefs in the restaurant working out of a fully open kitchenalso serve & explain their creations. Very personable, entertaining, excellent 7 course meals with possible add ons. One of the options was foie grad with dulce de leche on brioche that was the best we have ever had.
