Nous y étions pour un cours de mixologie ! Nous ne sommes pas encore mixilogue mais nous avons passé un très moment avec Maryssa qui nous a fait découvrir 3 excellents cocktails & de merveilleux tapas pour les accompagner !!!

C'est mon 3ème cours de cuisine & chaque fois c'est parfait. On apprends de nouvelles choses & surtout on déguste un repas digne d'un restaurant fait nous-même. Il me tarde de suivre un autre cours! Voici le résultat pour le cours cinco de mayo (mexicain).

Expérience incroyable! Le chef est tellement impressionnant à entendre & à voir, & chacun participe dans toutes les étapes de la préparation. & que dire de la qualité du repas préparé par tous ensuite? C'était délicieux & exceptionnelle comme expérience. Nous reviendrons pour d'autres cours, assurément!
