J'ai été moyennement satisfait par le cours de cuisine thaïlandaise. L'accueil a été abrupte en commençant par les règlements plutôt que par un mot de bienvenue. Nous avons très peu participé à la cuisine, à part couper les légumes. Il y avait beaucoup d'explications théoriques & peu de pratique. J'ai déjà fait quelques cours de cuisine dans d'autres écoles où on réalisait vraiment tout le repas à partir de zéro, plutôt que de simplement aider le chef à faire sa recette. La soupe & le riz étaient délicieux. Par contre, le riz du dessert n'était pas suffisamment cuit. Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes & les autres participants étaient vraiment sympathiques.
