Nous avons fait le cours de cuisine italienne. C'est une merveilleuse expérience. L'ambiance sur place est luxueuse & propice à l'apprentissage. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. En sortant du cours, nous avions déjà envie de nous inscrire à un autre cours ! Point bonus pour avoir le service de bar pendant le cours, le choix de mocktail, cocktail, vin & bière est très varié 🙂

Nous avons suivi le cours de cuisine cajun avec le chef Antoine & la sommelière Marisa (mes excuses si je n'épelle pas de la bonne façon) ... excellente ambiance, excellente préparation... le chef Antoine connaît son sujet sur le bout des doigts & sait transmettre sa passion avec bonne humeur .. il intègre tout le monde & sait nous mettre en confiance avec humour .. toute l'équipe est adorable & nous avons passé une excellente après-midi, de détente, instructive & délicieuse... à refaire sur d'autres thèmes xxx merci encore

Superbe expérience cocktail pour nous. Nous en avons appris plus sur la prohibition & son histoire, en plus d'apprendre 3 recettes cocktails simples à réaliser. Les bouchés entre les cocktails étaient délicieuses aussi. L'ambiance dépend du groupe & de l'animateur, mais ça peut vraiment être plaisant & virer en petit party.
