Très beau local & personnel agréable. Cependant, nous n'avons pas été entièrement satisfaits du cours de cuisine sur les pâtes fraîches dans le local du Vieux-Montréal.

D'abord, nous avons très peu cuisiné puisque le travail était réparti en plusieurs équipes & que seulement deux personnes sur douze préparaient les sauces. Nous aurions aimé pétrir les pâtes & réaliser toutes les recettes plutôt que seulement la partie qui nous avait été attribuée & ce dans une belle ambiance plutôt que de se sentir pressé & stressé. Nous avons compris que cela était sans doute lié au manque de temps.

En revanche, le cours devait durer de 18 h à 21 h, mais nous avons terminé la cuisine vers 19 h 40 pour ensuite seulement dresser les assiettes & manger à table. Selon nous, le prix de l'atelier ne se justifie pas vraiment.

Enfin, nous avons été plusieurs à devoir vider notre verre de vin offert dans l'évier à cause de la grande quantité de mouches à fruits présentes, ce qui a été particulièrement désagréable.

I can't say enough great things about this place! I had reserved a private mixology class for my sister's bachelorette party & it was easily the highlight of the weekend. So well organized, & the drinks/tapas were phenomenal!
