Our Specialties
Light menus and original table d'hôte make up the menu of chef Sébastien Rivard. Fish, game, cheese and grills are on the menu. To accompany them, the wine list offers a great selection. Wines by the glass, products of private import, good quality-price ratio ... What to please connoisseurs as well as amateurs.
Bistro-bar Le Quatre-Temps - Duchesnay offers a scenic dining experience nestled within a forest setting, featuring a cozy atmosphere enhanced by a fireplace and stunning views. Guests frequently praise the delicious food, particularly highlighting the local ingredients and specific menu items like the brie appetizer and mushroom ravioli. While experiences can vary regarding service consistency and breakfast options, many visitors appreciate the welcoming environment and the opportunity to enjoy a meal on the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.
Merci!
The table had not been set, there was no salt, no candle, & they don't put table cloth. I think for a restaurant of that quality & price, it is really missing it.
We both had the Table d'Hôte 4 services menu item,
I had:
Slow cooked creamy Arborio rice tossed with Shiitake mushroom, topped with goat cheese & fresh thyme oil from our garden, served with a homemade focaccia bread
Strawberry Granite with local gin
Roasted buffalo flank, cherry port Bourguignonne sauce, pearled onions, mushroom, mashed butternut squash & fried potato match sticks
My Wife had:
Shrimps Delightful zesty shrimp mousse served with spiced butter shrimps, homemade dried mango, grilled pineapple, tobiko fish eggs, coconut jelly & flower petals
Fresh vegetable cream soup, seasonings
We shared dessert which was waffles with ice cream, cream chocolate sauce & brownies.
