Service was amazing!! Beer was tasty BUT sadly I must say their food was lacking. I read the mixed reviews but thought to still give it a shot.
Calamari - cooked well but the batter was too salty, Pretzel-too chewy but the vegan queso was out of this world. Don't think the kitchen staff timed the food right..ordered the Angus burger, fried chicken sandwich & poutine. The poutine came out last (gravy was too watery & the spice on it was like what you put on rotisserie chicken). I think the kitchen forgot about the poutine tbh. There was almost a 15 min delay from when we received the rest of our food. The fried chicken sandwich was good. Coleslaw not good - lacked flavor. Angus would have been good if it was hot. The French fries were not even warm. We received our food & it felt like it was sitting there while the chicken burger was being cooked (this meal was hot). The garden salad was healthy meaning it lacked dressing maybe it didn't even have dressing. Couldn't tell. Churros were very good as well. Overall, atmosphere & drinks were great.. don't come for the food though.

Bonne microbrasserie dans le quartier Saint-Roch de Quebec! Nous étions en terrasse, le service était agréable & rapide! La poutine était bonne & les bières également. J'ai aimé la bière de saison à la camerise. Je recommande!

My daughter & I went for late night dinner. The beers were very good. We ordered a flight then chose our favorites. The poutine chimi was great. Salad very good. The burger was just ok. We did make reservations & the service was great when we got there. The bartender was covering our table. I think it just got too crazy & crowded & we felt like we had to interrupt him for service. Another waiter asked if we needed anything but never brought the beer so we asked bartender ourselves. (The server may have been new). Then a man who delivered our dinner was very accommodating. We didn't know the kitchen closed at 10pm & wanted to order another dish a bit after 10pm & he was able to make it happen. All in all it was a little frustrating but overall decent food & drink. (No fault.of bartender..I think they just got too busy & not enough servers).

Nous nous sommes rendus à la Korrigane un samedi soir, pour déguster une poutine à la bière. Nous avons commandé une poutine à la bière & une poutine végane (dans laquelle il y avait également de la bière), & quelle agréable surprise ! La poutine végane avait un goût vraiment unique, de met végétarien bien préparé, qui ne tente pas tant d'imiter la viande (d'autant plus qu'il y avait du seitan dedans, un champignon ayant 75% de protéine !) La poutine à la bière était très bonne également, bien qu'on ait préféré la végane. L'ambiance était également pas mal, les serveurs vraiment sympathiques.

Le personnel était sur la coche surtout notre serveuse mais la nourriture n'a pas fait unanimité à notre table. De mon côté, j'ai aimé ma poutine spéciale! La bière était ok..
