Merci beaucoup Philippe! We had a great time here! Everything is superb! All staff are friendly & nice. Philippe served our table & he is the best! I have not experienced such a service with manner & class in years. I ordered a prime steak with vegetables & salad. Steak is 10 out of 10. Salad is great. To my surprise, the asparagus which I normally hate, taste great here! I will definitely come back for more!

Charbon steak house était sans doute l'un des meilleurs de sa catégorie personnel agréable & nourriture super bien nous avons pris le stake tomahawk à l'onze qui est environ 150-170$ le steak qui vient avec les accompagnements pour deux. Vous pouvez choisir la cuisson de votre tomahawk & je vous conseille fortement bleu comme la photo ci-dessous. L'emplacement est très bien situé & vous avez accès à un stationnement intérieur pour 5$. Les entrées sont succulentes le saumon fumé est à essaye

Très belle ambiance, mes services très lent. Steaks goûteux mes cuissons extrêmement mal exécuté. Demander un steak moyen & reçu un steak bleu. Manque de jugement du chef.

Nous avons fêté les 60 ans de mon épouse. Sans même le demander, la serveuse lui a apporté un beau gâteau de fête. Quel gentillesse.
Le Steak est de classe mondiale. Un des excellents restaurants de Québec.
Merci, nous reviendrons.

Bien que tous les accompagnent étaient excellent, mon steak a été manqué à 2 reprises (trop cuit puis pas la même pièce de viande & froide à l'intérieur)
Le serveur m'a mentionné qu'il pouvais le faire reprendre une autre fois ce que j'ai demandé de ne pas faire. Je ne voulais pas qu'un 3e steak soit manqué.
Sinon, service no1 & les entrées & à côté était délicieux.
Dommage qu'un steak house manque la cuisson à 2 reprises.

Le carpaccio de boeuf n avais pas de goût. La fondue parmesant etais tiède.
Mon steak 20 onces etais plein de tiraille ( & je suis habituer d en manger).
Mais les dessert etais bon!
