The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. Warm, cozy, & upscale vibe with nice decor. The restaurant was full with a nice background buzz but you can still hear the people at your table talk. Attentive service but nothing beyond what would be expected at this type of restaurant. We were disappointed with the food. We ordered appetizers, mains, & dessert & nothing stood out. The New York steak was not flavourful at all & neither was the red wine sauce that it came with. It all tasted bland. I had to add salt & pepper from the table which is something I almost never do, & would not expect to have to do at a nice steakhouse.

The restaurant is okay. If you're looking for a cozy, Quebec City style of restaurant, this is probably not the right place — it's a large, 2-floor steakhouse.

The food was okay. The steak particularly was great, but the sides had no charm.

Wine options by the glass not extensive, but have good options by the bottle.

Très bon steak, mais la cuisson demandée était plus ou moins au rendez-vous & il contenait un peu de tiraille.

Mes deux amis & moi avions prévu d'aller voir les feux loto-québec. À 15 minutes de marche était situé Charbon. C'était aussi une excuse pour essayer leur steak.

J'ai pris un bloody Caesar, leur viande vieilli 45 jours avec sauce au poivre, un à côté de fromage bleu, une pomme de terre garni & une pointe de gâteau au fromage. Le tout pour un peu plus de 100$. Cher, mais délicieux. Peut-être que mes amis & moi y retournerons lors des prochains feux loto-québec.

Nad(ine?) Gaudreau était notre serveuse & a constamment gardé un œil sur notre bien-être du début à la fin.

Service moyen. Serveuse ne savais pas ouvrir un bouteille, l'autre serveuse a mélangé 2 vin différents dans le même verre. Sur 8 personnes 6 viandes n'étaient pas assez cuites. Cotes de boeuf au jus retournées qui n'a pas été refaites mais grillés sur le grill. C'est un minimum pour un steak house de cuire la viande selon la cuisson désirée
