Absolute must go, I have gone here every year for my birthday the past 3-4 years & plan to continue the tradition! The staff is wonderful, the food is amazing. Try the escargot, thank me later. That sauce is absolutely to die for. Delicious drinks! I always get the princess peach. Thank you for always helping make my birthday so special ❤?
Nous avons adoré notre soirée. Le repas était chaud & délicieux & que dire du service! N'hésitez pas lors de votre réservation de demander la section de Michel St-Croix (nous avons tellement apprécié le service que nous lui avons demandé son nom pour nos prochaines visites!), professionnel, sympathique & à l'écoute de nos besoins. En résumé, nous y retournerons c'est certain, un coup de coeur pour nos papilles & pour l'expérience!

C'est bien mais sans plus. Peut-être parce que mes attentes étaient élevées. La cuisson de mon Boston médium saignant était un peut trop cuit, c'était plus médium que saignant & lorsque j'ai posé la question on m'a dit que c'était comme çà.
La climatisation en salle à manger fournissait à peine.
La qualité de viande était bien mais manquait de goût, autant mon Boston que la bavette de ma conjointe.
Bref, on ne regrette pas mais je crois pas y retourner.
C'était notre première fois (2 personnes) que nous allions manger au Charbon, un peu gênant à mentionner, comme nous sommes résidents de la belle ville de Québec. Dû à la belle température, on nous a proposé le repas sur la terrasse avec possibilité d'entrer à l'intérieur si la température changeait, un samedi soir de juin à 19:00h !!!!. Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse même si j'avais déjà effectué une réservation la veille dans le resto. Excellent service. Le service, l'ambiance ainsi que le repas étaient vraiment excellents. Que dire de la viande, simplement wow!!! Nous avons mangé une entrée à deux de fondue parmesan, un filet mignon & un Boston. Une bière & une coupe de vin pour le souper. Pour terminer la digestion, un allongé & un café latté, le tout pour 85$ chacun incluant taxes. Je recommande cet endroit pour un bon repas. On se dit à bientôt !!!!
Pour commencer nous avons regarder les commentaires, il y avais quelque mauvais commentaire alors nous avons hésiter mais pour environs 20 commentaires. Il y avais seulement 2 mauvais alors nous sommes allés & je peut vous dire que nous ne le regretterons pas du tout. L'atmosphère étais parfaite le service impeccable sans oublier les repas OMG délicieux l'eau à la bouche juste en parler. Je recommande fortement.
Le seul inconvénient étais les salles de bain étais très loin du restaurant beaucoup d'escalier à monter & descendre.
The steakhouse experience was the one I had most looked forward to, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. We were surprised & frustrated to learn that they refused to accept AMEX, & to make matters worse, their payment terminal also rejected my debit card. I had to leave & go to the ATM to withdraw cash to make the payment. If a business chooses to be rigid about payment methods & doesn't accommodate overseas cards, the least they can do is inform customers at the time of booking. Had I known in advance, I would have gladly chosen another restaurant.
