Je suis allé célébrer ma fête avec ma famille, j'ai appelé pour les informer que c'était une célébration. J'ai aucun table préparé pour une fête, pas de dessert spécial pour la fête. Absolument rien. Le service a été bon par notre serveur Antonio, mais trop de tables pour une seule personne. Conclusion, j'ai choisi un resto pour célébrer ma fête, mais le restaurant pas fait sont travail de faire mon expérience spécial.La prochaine fois ça sera un autre restaurant, plus Charbon!

Sincèrement ORDINAIRE! Commançons par le meilleur, le service est top! L'ambiance a rien de sexy/ au goût du jour. ( J'y suis allé il y a 10 ans & rien n'a changé.) La viande ... bonne Mais quand on me sert du brocoli gelé & un salade César avec des câpres, du bacon & une sauce qui goûte plus la ranch... ouin désolé du commentaire mais c'est la vérité!

Très bon, excellent service de Philipe. Très chaleureux comme restaurant. Excellente portion. Un bon compétiteur au KEG mais en plus cher un peu.

We have dined at the Charbon a few times & have always enjoyed the atmosphere at service.
This last experience was another level. My have been the most attentive service i have had in a long time.
Michel a employee of 20 years has a special way of making you feel comfortable.
I look forward to returning.

Très belle ambiance, mes services très lent. Steaks goûteux mes cuissons extrêmement mal exécuté. Demander un steak moyen & reçu un steak bleu. Manque de jugement du chef.
