Malgré que je sais que le Boston est une coupe plus coriace. J'ai quand même dû laisser un gros morceau car il était impossible de le couper. Je mange toujours des Boston de votre boucherie pour apportez & c'est la première fois que je suis déçue

La tarte aux pommes calvados on le trouve pas trop.
Je m attendez a quelques choses du genre tarte tatin ou tarte normande.

Le volet viande c est 5/5. Bravo.

C'était à la hauteur de votre réputation! Nous y allons en couple
a tous les 2 - 3 ans & à chaque fois, on capote! Super service attentionné, avec de la classe, un bon parlé français & disponibilité. La nourriture, des entrées au steak (oh my god le vieilli 45 jours est époustouflant) - tartare au boeuf, fondue parmesan, dessert au choco & café, on a tout aimé, merci!

nous sommes allés chez vous dans le passé, la nourriture, l'accueil & surtout le service était impeccable, au dela de nos attentes. cette fois-ci, c'était complètement l'opposé. mauvaise cuisson des viandes, fruits de mer (4 crevettes & queue d'homard en extra) n'étaient pas bien assaisonnés & il y avait seulement 3 crevettes. De plus, nous avons pris une patate au four (regulière pour mon chum & garni pour moi)... ce n'était pas cuit, impossible à manger, même chose pour les carottes. Le service était correct...par conséquent, je n'ai pas apprécié que la serveuse reste au dessus de mon épaule au moment du paiement.

nous avions l'intention de passer une bonne partie de la soirée avec digestif & dessert, mais nous avons quitté tout de suite après les plats principaux.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, service exceptionnel de tous , sympathique Michel très gentil serveur. Comme d'habitude, on se régale toujours. Nous y retournerons bientôt pour se gâter!
