Réservation à 20h un samedi soir, mais près de 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir une table, malgré la réservation. Une fois assis, il a fallu presque une heure supplémentaire avant d'être servis : arrivés à 20h, plats servis vers 21h30. C'est clairement inacceptable à ce niveau.

À noter que la serveuse n'y est pour rien : elle a été présente, transparente & professionnelle. Le problème vient clairement de la cuisine qui n'arrive pas à suivre.

Côté assiette : la viande n'est pas mauvaise, mais largement overpriced pour ce que c'est. Les accompagnements sont le vrai point noir : frites à la truffe sans aucun goût de truffe (on aurait dit des potatoes industrielles), & gratin de pommes de terre excessivement gras, limite immangeable.
Au final, une expérience décevante : service beaucoup trop lent, rapport qualité/prix discutable & accompagnements ratés. À Québec, il y a clairement bien mieux pour ce prix-là.

Malheureusement, notre expérience a été décevante. Nous avions tous demandé nos steaks saignants, mais ils sont arrivés très cuits. La pomme de terre au four était pâteuse & froide. Pour 145 $, c'est très loin du rapport qualité-prix auquel on s'attendait.

Quite expensive, but everybody in our group loved their orders. Staff are very friendly & soak English with no issue. All steaks are grilled on charcoal, so there is a layer of smock in the atmosphere all the time, in case you're sensitive. There are outdoor sitting too by the way.
