De l'entrée au dessert tout était délicieux, des saveurs uniques, un service impeccable. L'espace est bien partagé, ce qui permet une distance entre les clients & des plexiglass une certaine sécurité.

j'ai hâte d'y retourner, Merci a cette belle équipe.

C'est toujours un grand plaisir & une experience remarquable que de manger "Chez Boulay". Tous les plats choisis furent exquis. Mention spéciale pour l'entrée de pétoncles & le dessert à la framboise. Des délices!! Le service fut très attentionné & exceptionnel dans les circonstances actuelles. Nous attendons avec impatience le retour des brunchs.

Belle soirée. Excellent service (5 étoiles). Des employés expérimentés & passionnés. La nourriture: un gros WOW!!! Tout était succulent, de l'entrée au dessert. À mon avis, le meilleur resto à Québec!

Nous avons super aimé! La bouffe le service & les tables pas trop rapprochées. C,était parfait. Mais pour ma part j'aurais apprécié un dessert un peu plus sucré! Nous allons y retourner assurément!

Fantastic service & meal. I had the beef cheek, & my husband had the scallops as main dish. I had the sea buckthorn pie for dessert. The whole thing was fantastic. We had a reservation & we're seated immediately when we arrived. Our server was amazing & took such good care of us. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! They seat you on time (not early because it is so popular & they have their reservations down to a science). Service is impeccable, they are knowledgeable, cordial & attentive. The food is just amazing. We had entrees, mains, cheese plate & dessert & every dish was so delicious. I started with scallop ceviche (just devine), halibut over sweet corn with pomegranate garnish & zucchini was cooked to perfection & the tastes blended perfectly. My started the tartine & lamb shoulder, both were delicious. Cheese platter to finish our wine with just the right touch of honey was a treat. The final touch we shared & it delivered exactly what we wanted. Tarte Argousier had citrus notes so not too sweet. A delight for lovers of sweet & sour. Pure enjoyment from beginning to end!

Service en terrasse absolument hors pair, conseils accords mets / vin : un pur délices pour nos papilles. 💕
Les saveurs de nos entrées, panacota & tartine avec champignons; & de nos plats de pétoncles nous ont donné l'envie d'y revenir pour essayer le reste de la carte. Le dessert, une tarte d'argousier... miammm!
Bravo à toute l'équipe en cuisine. Tous les plats sont arrivés à temps.
Une serveuse qui, définitement, a fait bien plus plus que servir des plats. Tu sauras te reconnaître... nous n'avons pas ton prénom.... mais c'est mon ami qui a goûté un vin à 11 ans 😄
