Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce restaurant de qualité supérieure.
La nourriture, le service, les employés hors pair & l'ambiance du bistro, un grand wow!!
Nous y retournerons certainement, & j'espère prochainement.
Nous y étions allés pour notre 12e anniversaire de mariage & ils ont pris la peine de le souligner.

Un restaurant génial avec des produits uniquement du Québec. Je me suis régalé de confit de phoque & d'un omble aux camerises bleuets & sureau ainsi que d'une crème brûlée au genièvre. Original,de qualité. Service super accueillant restaurant un peu bruyant

Repas extraordinaire chez Chez Boulay - bistro boréal ce soir. Mention spéciale au chef Arnaud Marchand pour l'ensemble de l'oeuvre & plus particulièrement pour l'entrée de loup de mer. Mention spéciale également à notre serveur Florent pour l'excellente qualité du service.

On a déjà hate à la prochaine visite.

Incroyable restaurant, le menu est une invitation à des expériences culinaires inhabituelles & met en avant des ingrédients québécois probablement introuvables dans un autre restaurant de Québec . Le résultat était à la hauteur des espérances, tout était délicieux, bien présenté & original. Service impeccable malgré l'affluence. Carte de vins très intéressante mais certains vins au verre n'étaient plus disponibles. Prix raisonnables au vu de la qualité. Salle extrêmement bruyante malheureusement.

Un peu surcoté...
Cadre sympathique, & bonne qualité des plats (mais pas extraordinaire non plus).
Par contre, le service avait quelques lacunes: long pour prendre notre commande (alors que la table voisine arrivée après a été servie avant nous), & on ne nous a pas amené de pain (nous avons dû demander 2 fois à des serveur/euse différents). L'eau qu'on nous a servi avait un goût de chlore. Les portions étaient assez petites.
Bref, un restaurant correcte mais pas de premier rang.
