La qualité de la nouriture était excellente. Mais, repas très pauvre en légumes. Nous avons pris la pièce du boucher du jour. On nous a servi une énorme portion de macreuse - trop grosse même pour un homme avec un gros appétit- servi avec un tout petit peu de bettes à cardes & d'énormes frites rectangulaires, qui avaient plus le goût & la texture de gros quartiers de patates rôties que des frites. Pas trop équilibré comme repas. & très peu rafiné comme repas. 33$ avant taxes & pourboires. Nous n'irons plus à ce restaurant.

Excellent service & efficace. Qualité du duo de boudin inégale mais tout de même bon. Entrée de homard excellente, haute de côte braisé excellente, cuisson à point & un bon goût sucrée dans la sauce. Toutefois, les têtes de violon étaient un peu trop cuits, pas assez croquants. Nous avons vécu une bonne expérience, recommandons le restaurant & nous y retournerons assurément.

J'en étais à ma première visite depuis 3 ans & encore une fois j'ai été impressionné par la qualité du service & de la nourriture, Chaque plat est une découverte en soi. je n'ai jamais mangé une soupe a l'oignon comme celle qu'il nous propose. le tartare de bison est simplement WOW & comment ne pas être conquis par leur joue de boeuf

Bon restaurant, qualité de la nourriture inégale. Certaines choses excellentes, d'autres ordinaires, beaucoup beaucoup (trop ?) de vinaigre. Pour la réputation d'un chef comme Jean-Luc Boulay, la nourriture devrait être meilleure que cela.

Nous avions réservé le salon privé pour un évènement. Excellent service de Patrice & de Vincent. Incroyable nourriture d'une grande qualité. Encore une fois un grand coup de coeur. Merci

Service excellent, très bonne description du menu & des aliments qui les composent. Sans oublier la qualité, quantités de la nourriture. Certain que nous y retournerons.
