Bon restaurant mais très mauvaise planification. On a droit a 2H15 de présence au resto mais avec l'attente à la porte, les consignes COVID, les consignes du resto ,etc , il reste environ 90 minutes. & on ne le vous rappelles pas.
Donc, ne faites pas comme nous. Sauter l'apéro & les entrées, commandez tout de go le plat principal si jamais vous voulez un dessert ou un café.
Ce devait être notre meilleur repas à Québec mais ça a été le pire du à la précipitation de fin de repas.
Pour un repas de 300 $ à deux, ce ne sera pas a qualité qui le rendra mémorable.

Chez Boulay est de retour & la qualité n'a été aucunement été affectée par la pandémie. Bravo! Ns avons goûté une cuisine inventive. La présentation était excellente & les plats étaient servis à la bonne température. Le service a été remarquable.

Service des plus agréable ! On nous a bien conseillé pour le vin. Que de la gourmandise!
& que dire des sauces qui goûtent le ciel!
Certains ont été déçu du pavlova déstructuré, pour ma part j'ai beaucoup aimé. Le rapport/qualité prix est excellent. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Excellente nourriture du début à la fin! Une belle ambiance bistro, animée mais pas trop bruyante pour avoir une conversation tranquille. Excellent service de notre serveuse, elle était chaleureuse, nous donnait beaucoup d'informations, contribuant à la grande qualité de notre expérience.
