L'étoile va à la serveuse.
La qualité de la nourriture est très discutable.
Un morceau de viande avec plein de nerf n'est pas ce que j'appelle une cuisine haut de gamme.
La majorité des plats sont servis tièdes ce qui n'est pas acceptable.
Prendre la peine de faire 300 km, réservé une chambre à l'hôtel & une table 1 mois à l'avance près de la terrasse pour se retrouver finalement dans une banquette faisant face à la cuisine pour 100.00$ par couvert. Non merci.
Se restaurent n'est plus à la hauteur de sa réputation !

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Qualité des plats a dépassé largement mes attentes. Bémol au niveau du service. Un peu trop expéditif.
