Très bon restaurant, belle ambiance & que dire de la nourriture, excellent. Au niveau du service 5 étoiles. Le seul bémol c'est le temps restreint pour passer un bon moment entre collègues.

Belle soirée chez Boulé bistro boréal. Notre serveur Florent a été très professionnel mais très sympathique. Nous a recommandé un vin qui n'était pas sur la liste. Il nous a fait apprécié notre soirée. Pour la nourriture tout était vraiment bon. La macreuse était super tendre, le flétan cuit à la perfection. L'utilisation des épices boréales était magique. À refaire à notre prochain passage à Québec.

Tout était magnifiquement délicieux & le service impeccable. On a passé un vraiment beau moment à votre table. Merci au Chef Arnaud Marchand pour sa belle créativité ainsi qu'à tout votre personnel. Bel accueil aussi. Bref, nous sommes enchantés & ne nous gênons pas pour vous recommander.

Bonjour,
Entrées de poireau/hareng & la soupe à l'oignon étaient excellentes. Plats: Épaule d'agneau excellente, peut-être le meilleur agneau que j'ai goûté à vie! Risotto bon mais surprennent car les grains croquaient sous la dent, différent du rizotto crémeux à base de riz. Pavé de flétan un peu surcuit à l'extérieur (le 1er cm) mais globalement cuit adéquatement. P-t diminuer l'épaisseur du morceau? Mais sans réduire la portion qui était ''limite'' pour une bonne fourchette. Pavé de pommes de terre bon. La sauce qui accompagnait le plat de flétan était parfaite, onctueuse & légèrement aigre, bel équilibre. Desserts: Crème brulée & brownies très bons, comme la tartelette au choco. Très bon capuccino. Le seul point faible du repas est le pain. Il était froid, un peu humide. Il donnait l'impression d'être décongelé. Dommage car la saveur était savoureuse mais la texture problématique. Ne donnait pas l'impression de sortir de la boulangerie. Service adéquat, professionnel. L'idée de placer une poutrelle d'acier entre les tables pour deux est ingénieuse, augmente la place limitée sur la table. Chez Boulay est un resto emblématique de Québec & je le recommanderais sans hésiter.

Excellent service & really delicious food. Nice atmosphere. I would recommend dining here for sure.
4 star rating instead of 5 only because the waiter told us that one ingredient was missing from the scallop dish (the pike), so an extra scallop would be added. That sounded Ok, except there were only 3 scallops on my plate, which I thought was not enough for $38. My friends had a fish plate which was excellent in taste & size.
