Serveuse (Marie) très informée sur les ingrédients & techniques de cuisson des plats commandés. ses recommandations ne nous ont pas déçu. Bravo d'avoir des employés si dévoués & très informés. C'etait Un pur délice! Bravo & Bravo!!

Très bel accueil! Le service: notre serveuse était enjouée & attentive à nos demandes. Tous les plats étaient succulents. Nous recommandons chaudement ce restaurant! Une belle sortie.

The server helped me only one time & then ignored me for the rest of the evening & I went at 5. So it was not busy. Very todo that he was very helpful with the table in front of me but never asked me if I wanted more wine or pouring water like he did for the other table. Finally somebody else came to ask me if I wanted dessert. I felt very ignored & not appreciated to be there. I have nerve being treated this way in a up scale restaurant before. I will not coming back here & I won't recommend it to my friends.

Comme toujours le repas était parfait. Cependant le service était très rapide au point ou nous avons eu nos assiettes à peine 2 minutes après avoir commandé (assiettes d'une autre table 🤔). Nous n'avions pas encore eu nos cafés & mimosa. Pas de mise en bouche & on a du attendre pour nos couteaux à steak (assiettes bûcheron). La serveuse est venue moins de 25 minutes après avoir commandé pour la facture car elle avait fini son « shift ». Nous attentions ce retour dès brunch après deux ans d'absence. Nous sommes venus de Repentigny pour ce repas. Une chance que le manger était excellent. Mais on recommande tout de même, un incontournable pour nous! 🤗

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par notre souper a ce restaurant. Notre repas était exquis & nous avons été très bien servi, notre serveur était sympathique. Nous recommandons ce restaurant à ceux qui savent apprécier les plaisirs de la table.

Excellent meal! The Arctic char & gin-soaked cod were impeccably cooked. Love it! The cheese platter appetizer was divine & the crème brûlée was perfect to finish off our last meal in Quebec City. Friendly service & lovely decor. Highly recommend Chez Boulay!!

Great place to enjoy an excellent dinner. Everything is well managed: food is awesome, service is outstanding, ambient is warm, the bill is not cheap but worth it. 100% recommended.
