J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience chez Boulay-Bistro. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de musique assourdissante, mais plutôt un fond musical très discret, on l'entendait à peine. J'ai pris l'apéro La Pas Fine, qui était très très bon, mais un peu cher (17 $). Le potage de carottes était parfait. Pour ce qui est de l'assiette de caille au chou, c'était très réussi dans l'ensemble, mais je ne suis pas d'accord avec l'idée d'enrober les cuisses de caille de chapelure panko. Il y aurait sûrement quelque chose de mieux à faire avec les cuisses, quelque chose de plus fin. Alors, je donne une note de 9 sur 10 pour mon repas (le bémol étant attribuable à la chapelure panko). Nos portions étaient tout à fait suffisantes, mais j'ai vu passer quelques assiettes, notamment une assiette de fruits de mer, qui me semblaient plutôt chichement garnies. Je recommande tout de même le Boulay-Bistro & j'y retournerais certainement.

La nourriture était excellente & le serveur très à l'écoute & bonne recommandation de produit selon nos goûts. Je recommande fortement à chaque fois que j'y vais je ne suis jamais déçue.

Every time we come to Chez Boulay we are consistently surprised. The restaurant is always so clean & bustling with happy customers. The vibe is classy yet fun & the food never disappoints! The host & our server were both so kind & accommodating to our lack of French language & provided us with assistance on their app as well as providing us with English menu's. We love this restaurant & highly recommend it to all!

Très bonne cuisine!
Notre table située près de la cuisine a rendu notre repas un peu moins détendu que nous l'aurions souhaité en raison de la très forte circulation du personnel & du bruit.
Je recommande néanmoins très fortement ce restaurant. La prochaine fois, je demanderai une table plus près des fenêtres de la rue!
