Je recommande ce restaurant pour une expérience culinaire, humaine hors du commun.Un service impeccable avec un personnel attentionné & soucieux de notre confort tout au long de la soirée.

Le repas était succulent. Les assaisonnements & la fraicheur dans l'assiette étaient remarquable. La grosseur des porions parfaite & le choix des mets variés pour plaire à tous. Je vous recommande ce restaurant. C'est un incontournable.

The service was professional but friendly. We appreciated the recommendations from our server for selections of food & drinks. There is a great selection of local food (north as the name Bistro Nordique implies) & wine. We had monteregie pear cider comme apéritif, pinot noir from germany, & liqueur d'amelanchier. Our appetizers were amazing (halibut ceviche, ancestral tomatoes) Beef jowl & scallop our main were great follow up to our appetizers. Dessert was the cherry on the top of our meal. It was the Forest, a chocolate ganache with forest ingredients. Great dining experience. Highly recommend.
