Un brunch à l'image de la cuisine originale & remplie de saveurs locales qui nous font aimer ce petit bistro au décor invitant. Personnel sympathique offrant un service amical & courtois. Bravo pour l'idée des badges que chaque employé porte afin que nous sachions qui se « cache » derrière le masque, une petite pointe d'humour qui détent un peu l'atmosphère « covid ».

Une belle expérience, merveilleux accueil & service par Marine excellent. Nous nous attendions à des saveurs plus prononcées.
Les pétoncles étaient savoureuses & le tartare de boeuf très doux.

Très belle soirée. Les plats étaient excellents, bien présentés avec des saveurs boréales que nous avons beaucoup appréciées. De plus, un bon choix de vins. Le service a été à la hauteur. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'idée du macaron porté par chaque serveur avec sa photo. Cela rend le port du masque moins impersonnel.
Nous y reviendrons assurément lorsque nous serons de retour à Québec.
