Nous avons adoré notre expérience Chez Boulay! Le repas était incroyablement savoureux & le service absolument parfait. L'ambiance est fort agréable, le menu en offre pour tous les goûts & la carte des vins également. Bref, un endroit que nous recommandons chaudement.

Excellent souper d'anniversaire! Nous cinq avons apprécié tout, de l'entrée au dessert avec des conseils judicieux d'accord mets-vins. Que du bonheur à tout déguster en bonne compagnie!

Nous n'étions pas à notre première visite, bien que cela faisait un bail. Quelle expérience mémorable & ce, tant pour la qualité de la nourriture que du service. La personne qui nous a servi(table #22), dont nous avons malheureusement oublié le prénom, a certes contribué à faire de notre repas un moment inoubliable dont notamment par ses connaissances manifestes du vin. D'ailleurs, nous avons appris à la fin de repas qu'elle était sommelière. Nul doute que pareille personne vaut son pesant d'or pour tout restaurateur.

Comme à l'habitude, ce fut un souper gastronomique « parfait ». L'accord des vins établi par la sommelière Marie-Andrée était également excellent. Seule ombre « à l'ardoise... », nous étions à une table à l'entrée de la salle à manger, donc passante... Ce n'est pas un endroit pour mettre une table pour un repas gastronomique de ce prix. On l'a mentionné dès le départ & le personnel de service a « tenté » de minimiser l'impact tout au long du repas.
