Nous avons eu une super expérience hier soir au restaurant Chez Boulay. La nourriture & le vin étaient excellents & nous avons eu de l'excellent service de la part d'Antoine! Merci pour cette belle soirée!

Nous avons apprécié notre souper, décor & ambiance très agréables, service impeccable. La nourriture était savoureuse & la carte des vins contenait beaucoup de vins locaux. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Très bon service, les mets sont excellents & les recommandations du vin pour l'accompagnement était parfait. Mon copain a pris la joue braisée du moment (bison ce jour-là) & trouvait la portion un peu petite, toutefois le goût était exquis. J'ai pour ma part opté pour l'épaule d'agneau & ma portion était parfaite pour mon appétit (assez gros en général), la sauce + légumes = wow! Je recommande sans hésitation pour ces 2 plats!

Très belle soirée passée chez Boulay-bistro boréal. L'accueil a été cordial. Mise en place des mesures contre la Covid était adéquate.
Le menu nous permet de faire de très belles découvertes. En entrée, nous avons pris le potage aux patates sucrées & la pana cotta au raifort qui étaient tout à fait succulents. La morue était préparée avec un accompagnement surprenant, le maïs. Quel délicieux plat. La morue était cuite à point. En guise de dessert, nous avons pris le pavlova aux fraises & rhubarbe. Parfait pour terminer le repas.
Nous avons trouvé par contre que notre serveur était un peu trop expressif. Disons qu'il en faisait un peu plus que ce que le client en demande. Par contre, il nous a fait de bonnes suggestions pour le vin & le partage de dessert.

Entrée de loup-marin très surprenante, belle découverte. Morue impeccable. Accord avec le vin parfait. Un sevice très sympathique. Un incontournable à Québec.

Nous avons eu la chance de gouter en primeur au nouveau menu & c'était délicieux! La mousse de sapin avec les pétoncles était bluffante! Les pétoncles fondaient comme du beurre. Les assiettes etaient gourmandes & nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'accord met/vin qui nous a été suggéré! On le recommande assurément!

service excellent, vins très bons, nourriture excellente. Seulement 2 petits points. Le ceviche était trop acide. & l'omble un peu trop cuit. Mais le reste impeccable.
