Une cuisine authentique, dans le respect des produits. Belle sélection de vins. En dessert: la tarte aux baies d'argousiers est à tomber!!!! Merci, nous venons chez vous chaque fois que nous venons à Québec!

La description des entrées est prometteuse, mais une fois dans l'assiette, elles ne présentent pas d'intérêt.
J'ai par contre été bien conseillée pour le vin.

Notre serveuse Maud-Aimée est extraordinaire! Elle nous suggère des plats, cocktails & bouteille de vin selon nos goûts. Elle connaît super bien son menus & permet un accord mets/vin de façon sublime. Très attentionnée, elle a pu nous permettre de passer une soirée magique! La nourriture est tout simplement délicieuse comme à chaque fois que j'y vais!!

Nous sommes venu souper hier après avoir arrêter depuis 2 ans après une déception . WoW nous avons eu une service incroyable surtout de notre serveur Vincent Poirier. Nous avons été tellement satisfait que nous sommes revenu bruncher auj & avons dû être au bar , donc étant des anciens restaurateurs & avons observer le travail de Dominique qui est incroyable . Observation à part justement Vincent les garçons n aide pas beaucoup mais les autres filles oui

Un menu audacieux, une ambiance apaisante & un personnel courtois. J'ai fait confiance au serveur pour l'accord mets vin & je n'ai pas été déçu. Il faut oser.

Bel accueil & service... un peu surfait surtout quand on met de la bouffe tiède dans des assiettes chaudes en croyant que cela va réchauffer le plat... plutôt ordinaire!

Même chose au dessert, crème brûlée parfaitement brûlée & la crème tiède mais avec un confit de fruits réfrigéré dans le fond...OUACH!!!

Belle carte des vins, prix abordables. Pas de réaction de la cuisine à notre commentaire de manger de la bouffe tiède tirant sur le froid... pas très gracieux & imputable. Dernière visite car il y a bien d'autres bons restaurants à Québec & mon argent est quand même bonne partout!

Encore une fois, la nourriture était exquise, juste parfaite. Le personnel est toujours attentionné, courtois & propose des accords mets/vin divins. J'adore aller Chez Boulay & nous avons passé une soirée incroyable comme d'habitude. Longue vie à ce resto.
