Oh this restaurant has some of the best food I've ever had! Service is attentive & helpful. Food is phenomenal. We started with the shrimp as an appetizer. My partner had bison as the main & I had the scallops. It was one of the best meals. We ended off with two desserts, one was recommended by the server which is a berry meringue & the other was a chocolate opera cake. Both of them were really good. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We had the stuffed chicken & flat iron steak, both were superb! & the wine was very good as well. Will definitely recommend Chez Boulay to anyone looking for amazing food in Quebec City.

Nous avons adoré tout le repas de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Georges, notre excellent serveur, nous a très bien conseillé pour l'accord mets vins. Nous avons eu un excellent service de sa part, malgré le fait que c'était sa première journée.
