In Quebec, Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand, supported by a passionate team, have been standing up to the challenge of inventing quebec inspired northern cuisine since 2012. Experience was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff were very attentive. We enjoyed the onion soup cappuccino, beef tartare, fish cake appetizer, beef cheek main, & bison steak with fries.

Tout était parfait à part de l'assignation de notre table. On nous a dit qu'elle
avait été changé & que nous avions la meilleure table du resto… une banquette cachée à l'arrière du garde robe & axée directement sur la cuisine & tout le bruit qui vient avec. Nous avions l'impression de ne pas être chez Boulay pour l'ambiance.
Le service & nourriture étaient sublimes.
