Jamais déçue lors d'une visite chez Boulay. Service impeccable, ambiance conviviale & cuisine remarquable. Tout est un délice, tellement que j'ai oublié de prendre en photo les plats principaux!

Definitely one of the fiew that covers all the details. The plates pay tribute to the Boreal forest in Quebec region. The choice in the ingredients reflects that special attention the chef seems to take to have those perfect ones. The mix in tastes they do working with local ingredients (from meat to herbs) is amazing The restaurant itself is wood/kind of fancy forest well made decoration. Everything is clean. The staff is also incredible & happy/proud to work there. Not a tourist trap despite it's location.

We had great expectations for this restaurant which were not met. The food was okay, but the service needs improvement. If, by chance, you do not speak French you're treated disrespectfully; if you try your best with French you're not appreciated you're ignored.

Mon restaurant préféré depuis plusieurs années. Rien ne se compare à l'expérience Chez Boulay. Les meilleurs serveurs en ville, des cuisiniers incroyables & des mets & cocktails divins!! Très abordable, je recommande!
