Very delicious food, especially the seasonal specials. The braised beef cheek is a classic, we also loved the tuna gravalax. Onion soup had a delicious foam. Best we've had in Quebec so far! Seabuckthorn tart was the best!

C'était notre première expérience il y a quelques jours & nous avons vraiment tout adoré! Le menu nous fut expliqué en détails avec courtoisie, le service était impeccable & la qualité des plats vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes. La carte des vins est bien complète & nous avons eu la chance de goûter au cocktail du moment à saveur boréal. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Brunch du samedi. Potage du jour, un velouté aux champignons, tellement doux en bouche avec un fumet très réconfortant. Le Pêcheur en plat principal, de la truite dans une sauce aux câpres extrêmement raffiné. & pour dessert une crème brûlée au miel parfaitement équilibrée. Tout était savoureux, & ce n'était qu'un brunch!

Super belle expérience pour notre première fois à votre restaurant. Le choix du menu était diversifié & invitant. Les plats étaient super bons & débordant de saveurs. Le service était agréable & il y avait une bonne ambiance sans que le bruit ne soit trop élevé. On pouvait bien parler entre nous sans crier. Nous avons eu un très beau moment. Nous recommandons fortement.
