Want some interesting & French for brunch? This was very good. Foie gras followed by smoked fish Benedict. The portions were just right. The presentation is beautiful. & the staff is friend with expedient service.

Nos attentes suite à notre repas Chez Boulay, n'ont pas été à la hauteur malheureusement. La soupe aux oignons excellentes! Le pain offert gracieusement, manque de raffinement & un beurre anodin pour l'endroit de réputation ! Des herbes de saveur poyr rehausser les plats auraient été plus qu'apprécié. La joue de boeuf bien moelleuse, mais aucune saveur particulière qui se démarque. & le canard, un manque flagrant de sel qui réveille les saveurs avec une gastrique timide. Le foie gras poêlé, aucun croustillant & texture presque saignante, rendant le tout difficile à couper & des tendons très coriaces. Bref, le tout était bon mais sans plus. Pour nous que la soupe aux oignons nous a consolés tant qu'à l'expérience culinaire ! Le serveur était un peu expéditif soit dit en passant malgré le fait au départ très sympathique mais pas la suite, une on le sentait même pour prendre la commande, plutôt expéditif. Merci de nous avoir demandé notre avis
