Mon bol de ramen Tonkuso était exquis, mais je ne peux pas dire la même pour celui de ma mère au Shio... Celui-ci n'avait pas une si grande complexité de saveurs ni une richesse qui se rapprochait du Tonkuso.
Le service était très agréable & l'ambiance, avec de la bonne musique, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille!
Overall, les prix sont abordables pour sa localisation à Québec. J'y retournerais lors de ma prochaine visite de cette ville!⚜?🍜
Nous avons fait livrer à notre hôtel via Uber. Temps de livraison ok pour l'heure tardive où nous avons fait livrer. Ramen, salade wakame, dumplings très bons.

Place had the potential to be really cool. Once sat, despite being one of three tables in the restaurant, it took about half an hour to come see us to take our order. From the time we were given our food, we didn't see another server again. We had to go to the front & tell them we were leaving to get our bill. Asked for chili oil twice, never got it.
Food was okay, nothing special. Broth was more meaty than miso-y. Meat was overcooked.
Un de mes restaurants préférés à Québec. Le restaurant est situé dans un endroit très animé de la ville. Directement sous le Dagobert, le restaurant se spécialise en Ramen mais également en tapas japonais.
C'est principalement pour les''à-côtés'' que je vais là.
Je recommande particulièrement les Takoyaki. Ceux-ci sont meilleurs que ceux que j'ai personnellement mangé à Osaka. De plus, le karaage est particulièrement bon & c'est le meilleur marché/prix des tapas (à partager essentiellement). Les gyozas représentent très bien la version authentique japonaise. Le seul tapas que j'ai remarqué être assez différent de l'original japonais est le Okonomiyaki. Celui-ci avait plutôt l'air d'un pâté fait avec un moule. Les ramens sont également délicieux, mais vous pouvez amplement partager les tapas & vous serez heureux.
The place was really nice & cozy to go, the waiters were really sweet! Good service, the food was delicious & we didn't wait at all. I highly recommend!

The atmosphere stood out right away, with a cozy & stylish vibe that made it a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. The staff were also warm & friendly, which added to the welcoming environment.
When it came to the food, the portions were generous & satisfying, but the dishes themselves felt fairly average. While everything was decent, I found the flavours lacked a certain freshness & the unique touch that can elevate a ramen or izakaya experience. It felt more like standard fare rather than something carefully crafted by the chef.
One thing worth noting is accessibility. The restaurant is located half a level below street level, so you need to walk down a few stairs to enter. This makes it difficult for anyone using a wheelchair or with mobility concerns.
Overall, Chika Ramen Izakaya is a pleasant place to spend an evening, thanks to its ambiance & friendly service, but the food leaves room for improvement. A solid four stars.
Portion très généreuse! Le Général tao est le meilleur que j'ai mangé jusqu'à maintenant & Les dumpling étaient parfait!Le staff super gentil & service très rapide. Nous sommes aller en famille & ce fut un succès pour tout le monde
Das Restaurant liegt in einer Nebenstraße der Grande Allee. Wir haben draußen gesessen was zwar bei dem schönen Wetter angenehm war aber das Ambiente war doch recht dürftig. Dafür war das Essen um so besser. Alle Speisen waren frisch und sehr lecker. Das Kimmchie war gut fermentiert und der Ramen sehr aromatisch. Es gab Sapporo vom Faß. Ein gelungener Abend.

depuis qu'ils ont changé le menu… ce n'est plus pareil. Les sushis ont disparu, les dumplings sont moins bons… bref mon expérience était moins intéressante quand les autres fois que j'y suis allée. Cependant, le général tao est encore délicieux
