Expérience absolument horrible. Notre commande à été prise dès notre arrivée. On n'avait pas reçu nos simples pintes même après 30 minutes, malgré deux rappels au bar ('ça s'en vient'). On voit le barman parler à la serveuse en nous pointant, mais après un autre 10 minutes, finalement la serveuse vient nous dire que la commande n'a pas été imprimée & qu'elle doit recommencer. Manque de professionnalisme total.

The bar man & the waitress working today are completely incompetent. Ordered as soon as we arrived. Asked about our drinks twice after 30 mins & were told'they're coming.' After another 15 minutes they finally realised that our order hadn't been put through which was going to make us late for the FEQ concert. Disorganised- avoid.

Le barman & la serveuse qui travaillaient aujourd'hui étaient complètement incompétents. Nous avons commandé dès notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé nos boissons deux fois après 30 minutes & on nous a dit « elles arrivent ». Après 15 minutes supplémentaires, ils ont finalement réalisé que notre commande n'avait pas été enregistrée, ce qui allait nous faire arriver en retard au concert de FEQ.

Désorganisé - à éviter.

The food was so good, & the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. Everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you're craving great ramen & izakaya dishes!

Was described to me as the place to get ramen in Quebec city, & did not disappoint.

Great atmosphere, quiet atmosphere with smooth jazz playing lightly in the background. Suitable for pleasant conversation with no struggling to hear. Staff were not overbearing & met all expectations.

The Tonkotsu soup was amazing & highly recommended. Also pictured are the vegetarian Tofu Ramen, & Gyoza (dumplings). Unpictured we also tried the Kagaare chicken & Yakitori chicken. All very good.

A very pleasant experience & very reasonably priced as well. Under $20 for a main course is comparable price to fast-food places. So no hesitation saying that this is 5 stars for the price bracket.

The Awesome: Seated immediately, close to Le Concord hotel, tasty, filling & very fair priced. I would definitely go back. The not so awesome: If it matters to you, there did not seem to be any Japanese workers in the front or back of house. Karage was good & plentiful, but lacked skin. The butabara was huge (great value, but not really bite sized pieces). Rice is a complement to all the other dishes served in an Izakaya. It should, therefore, be brought out with the first round of dishes. On two occassions, I had to get up to request service from our server, who was busy playing with her phone. That should never happen! &, that was the only reason I felt a star should be deducted.
